Refund Policy

We will refund your purchase if the file is corrupted and cannot be opened, if you were charged more than once for the same order, or if the book delivered is materially different from its description.

Because digital licences are delivered instantly, we cannot refund a book that has already been downloaded or read, or simply because you changed your mind.

Email hello@sokokitabu.co.ke within 7 days of purchase with your order reference and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 working days.

Approved refunds are reversed to the M-Pesa number used at checkout. Revoked orders also revoke the associated reading licence.
