My download won't open. Make sure you are on the device used for the first download — licences are device-locked to protect authors. If you've changed devices, email us your order reference.
My M-Pesa payment failed. Pending orders can be retried from your order history. If you were charged but the book didn't appear, send us the M-Pesa confirmation code.
When do authors get paid? Request a payout from the Author Studio once your balance clears; we review and pay to your M-Pesa number.
How do I publish a book? Create an author account, upload your manuscript and cover, then submit it for review. See our policies for more.
